No. As lots are volatile and can change at any time, it is not possible to change the due date of the bill, which is three business days*. If your ticket expired and you were unable to make the payment, you will need to register again and generate a new ticket in the current lot. The expired ticket will be automatically cancelled.

*Always counted as the day of printing (regardless of the time) as the 1st business day.
When you are registering, you must select the payment option “boleto”. Next, the information “generate a payment slip on behalf of” will appear, where you must enter the company's data and next to the company name enter the CNPJ.
With the passport you will have access to the 4 days of the event, content rooms, exhibitions, networking, experiences, activations of exhibiting brands and more.

Yes. Changes of ownership may be made by the holder of the purchase; just install our app! If you haven't installed it yet, click one of the following options: android | iOS.
After logging in, go to the 'Tickets' tab, click on the ticket you want to change and in the 'Options' menu, select 'Edit participants'. Follow the procedures indicated on the screen and check the data filled in before confirming the change! Exchange can only be performed once per ticket and permission to change will be available up to 24 hours before the start of the event. No. Tickets are nominal and ownership change is not allowed after check-in at the event.
Yes. In case of regret of the purchase, the refund of the ticket value will only be made if the request is made within a period of up to 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, and provided that the return request is made with, at the most, 48 (forty-eight) hours in advance of the start time of the event. This request must be made by the holder of the purchase through the form on the website HERE.
Your registration guarantees access and a place in all rooms, spaces, conferences and lectures. However, the spaces where the lectures will take place are subject to capacity, with entry on a first-come, first-served basis. It is worth emphasizing that we significantly increased the structure and balanced the rooms according to the history of demand and distribution perceived in the last edition.

We have no age restriction, however, minors under 16 can only enter the event accompanied by parents or legal guardians, and upon purchase of a ticket.

– Minors accompanied by their parents: the parents and the minor must present their original documents.
– Minors accompanied by a guardian, guardian or an authorized relative: the companions must present an authorization document signed by the guardians of the minor, with a notarized signature, in addition to a certified copy or original documents of the guardians, the minor himself, and their own.

We do not offer promotional tickets for students.
