The RIW Back2Black conference addresses economic development, entrepreneurship, innovation, business and black culture, seeking to connect Brazil and Africa and highlight issues that strengthen the diverse expressions of the black population. With the purpose of contributing to historical reparation, the themes and discussions aim to generate opportunities and promote racial issues in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and globally.
